Patti Spady Ross – A native Washingtonian and alum of The American University, Patti Spady Ross has lived in the Baltimore area for nearly 15 years. Prior to her current work with Montgomery County Public Schools, she held several corporate and non-profit positions in marketing; her last as the Regional Director for the Challenger Center for Space Science Education. Patti is an enthusiastic supporter of equitable access to education, and as a life-long learner she holds a Master’s degree in management. Patti has passion for homeless services and has been an active volunteer at Sarah’s Hope, Mount Street, an emergency shelter for women and children in West Baltimore. She will be coordinating activities in the city of Baltimore with our extended arm @SWEBmore. Follow us on Twitter!

Jesse Breslerman – Jesse is a member of our youth development team and the chair of our yoga and integrative wellness department. He is a certified yoga instructor and the director of yoga classes at Lifetime Fitness.

Arthur Butcher – Management and Organization Consultant; Web Designer; IBM Engagement Manager for Information Technology and Services; Senior Vice President of Research and Development at International Business Academies of Learning.

Brent Cash – Brent is an engineer, Ron Brown Scholar and Founder of Project Child at Duke University. Brent serves on our Education committee and chairs our mentoring and STEM program.

Janene Cherry – Grants and Fundraising Consultant for nonprofit organizations. Janene works throughout the Washington DC Metropolitan area, providing educational services to youth for state wide test examinations and academic reinforcement. Janene serves as Chair of Reading, Math, and Literacy Comprehension.

Benjamin Dalley – Ben is one of the founders of, a yearly race that raises money for autism, and an experienced professional in the not-for-profit arena.

Hrant Jamgoshian Hrant currently serves as the Executive Director for Dialysis Patient Citizens and the DPC Education Center, where he works to improve the quality of life for some of America’s most vulnerable patients.  He brings nearly 20 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector, as well as a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Catholic University Columbus School of Law and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Global Health Law from the Georgetown University Law Center.

Charisma Williams, M.S. – Charisma is a native of Washington DC, and is a graduate of both Temple University (B.A. Communications– 2006) and The George Washington University (M.S. Engineering Management– 2014). She is an emergency management professional with a strong interest in disaster preparedness, developing cost efficient preparedness solutions and teaching communities and citizens how to “be their own heroes” during and after a disaster.
