For Rising Sixth Through Rising Eighth Graders
In this interactive, fun program, participants will have the opportunity to participate in
- Project identification and planning of community service activities
- Personal goal-setting and self-assessment
- Leadership skills development
- Completing 3 community service projects
Through participation in this program, youth will develop competencies in program planning and understand the value of participating in volunteer activities, both personally and for the benefit of their community.
Students will receive 10 SSL Hours.
The Student Leadership Institute will be led by So What Else/Project Change staff and So What Else/Project Change high school mentors.
Tuition for the in-person Student Leadership Institute is $125 per session. Please select only ONE session to attend. All registrations must be completed by July 8, 2023.
Session 1: July 11-13
Session 2: July 25-27
Session 3: August 8-10
10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for all sessions.
