Greg is the principal owner of Minkoff Company, a general contracting firm specializing in the restoration of fire and water damaged commercial properties. In his role at Minkoff, where he has been for 26 years, Greg is responsible for the day-to-day management of three offices and over 70 dedicated employees. Responsibilities include oversight of all sales and marketing efforts, human resources, information technology, and general management of the company.

Greg is a past president of the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of Community Associations Institute and has been active in several other industry and community-based organizations.
Outside of his duties at Minkoff Company, Greg has invested in and redeveloped upscale residential properties in the Washington, D.C., area.
