Mona Javid is a human capital and organizational development leader with experience helping organizations build strong cultures, develop leaders, and create meaningful opportunities for people to succeed. She began her career locally with Lifetime Athletics and has since worked with national and international organizations, including CAVA, 3Pillar Global, and Deloitte, where she currently advises senior leaders on human capital transformation, talent strategy, and employee experience.

Mona earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, and has continued to build expertise in strategy, leadership, and organizational performance. Born and raised in Montgomery County, she now lives in Rockville with her husband and two sons. She is deeply committed to ensuring that people have access to the support, opportunity, and equity they need to thrive, both personally and professionally.
