So What Else Inc. Named ‘One of the Best’ Nonprofits by the Catalogue for Philanthropy

After an intentional application and selection process, the Catalogue for Philanthropy: Greater Washington has selected So What Else to be part of the Class of 2021-22. So What Else has undergone a rigorous review process conducted by a team of 170+ local community advocates, and has been found to be a critical local nonprofit. Potential donors can be confident that the nonprofits in the Catalogue are worthy of their support.

So What Else’s mission is to improve the lives of children and families living in underserved communities in the Baltimore-Washington Metro Area by providing food security, access to basic necessities, and high-quality out-of-school time programs in literacy, athletics, and the visual and performing arts while inspiring young people to give back to the community by creating volunteer opportunities for citizens of all ages.

The Catalogue believes in the power of small nonprofits to spark big change. So What Else is honored that they believe in us to continue to further that positive change, working each day to lift up, strengthen, and enrich our local community.
