Love Groove Festival is a Baltimore-based music, art, film, and educational festival designed to highlight, showcase, and compensate emerging artists.
While the festival runs from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., this year, So What Else will be attending and handing out food between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.
