Calling All Rising 6th, 7th, 8th, & 9th graders!
Join us for a five-week devised musical theatre summer camp! Campers will work with professional artists to compose a completely original musical to be shared during final performance with families!
Dates & Times: July 6-August 7, 2026

Final Performance Address: The Writer’s Center – 4508 Walsh St, Bethesda, MD 20815
Tuition: Full Scholarships available as needed (Suggested donation)
The Team of Stars camp offers an intensive holistic curriculum, blending the disciplines of musical theater (scriptwriting, acting, singing, dancing, and stagecraft) with restorative practices.
We use a community-building/conflict-resolution approach. Students will participate in dialogue circles and exercises to address topics important to the campers, for example, but not limited to bullying prevention, overcoming obstacles, mental health, drugs, love, and stereotyping.
All activities are led by professional instructors. Parents are invited to view the final performance of an original musical theater work written and performed by the campers.
