Wes is a highly accomplished trainer. Originally from Maryland, he earned his bachelor of science degree in kinesiology from the University of Maryland in 2001 before relocating to Los Angeles, California.

He has a passion for coaching and competing in endurance competitions. He practices an active lifestyle alongside that of his celebrity training clients.
