About Our Founders
Robert Schless, CPA, Treasurer
Bob is a local Montgomery County businessman and lives in Maryland with his two daughters, Amanda and Sydney. He owns staffing firms located in the metro DC area as well as Florida. Bob is a CPA and has a Masters Degree in Accounting from Long Island University.
He has decided to take giving back to a whole new level and approach community service as a second career. Bob is on the Board of the GW Cancer Institute Advisory Board and active in the community. He is dedicated to using all of his resources to aid as many people as possible and help as many groups as he can.
David Silbert, Executive Director
Dave is a youth sports coach and a personal trainer. He is a graduate of Loyola College, Baltimore and, while there, played baseball and ran a baseball camp for children. Today, he has his own training business, Over the Fence Fitness and Sports Training, and specializes in youth and special needs clients. Dave is currently taking courses at UMBC.
He is an avid softball and basketball player and on several different community teams. Dave has decided to give his full-time attention to helping our community, country and planet. He has two sons, Dominique and Joseph, and lives in Montgomery County, Maryland.
