June marks our kick off month for So What Else Summer Camp 2014! We are super excited to provide 8 weeks of cost free summer camp for under-served youth in Silver Spring, PG County and Washington DC. Our team develops day camp style programs that focus on youth development, character building and community awareness. We provide a wide range of activities throughout the week that give participants a chance  to engage in sports, health and wellness programs, cooking classes, service learning, STEM projects and creative arts. After participating in our camps, participants are encouraged to implement many of these activities into their own community. So What Else’s mission is to provide extracurricular services to under-supported youth and encourage them to use these skills to cultivate positive change in their life and community.
